The Alliancup Association’s has as object and purpose to represent, defend and safeguard the professional, moral and economic, social and legal interests of its members exercising an independent activity or wishing to exercise it or in the form of a Startup. The association will in particular study all economic and social issues of interest to Independents and Startups already established , recently established or planed to be establish in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as well as the development of the economy and initiative private.

Every Independent Counts
In general, the independent (entrepreneur) and also startupper designates the person who practices his profession in his own name and / or in the form of company (ies). He or she works as a trader, craftsman, independent intellectual worker, but also a regulated profession (for example: lawyer, architect, health professionals, etc.). The main characteristics of an independent (entrepreneur) are the purpose of making profit, creating jobs, the financial risks, innovate, the extent of the business activity and the generality thereof, publicity, independence and risk of losing the invested capital.
